• PRICING. All umbrella costs include one color/one panel imprint. Prices shown are   guaranteed through 12-31-07.
• Each additional imprint $1.90 per color/per panel up to three (3) colors.
• Four (4) colors or more, contact Customer Service for quote.
• Sleeve Imprint: $1.75.
• Tie Strap Imprint: $1.75 .
• Screen charges: $75.00 per color. Screens are retained for one year from last use.
• Repeat orders/Set-up: $45.00 per color.
• Wash charge $35.00 per color.
• PMS match charge: $35.00 per color.
• No charge to match color of umbrella.

Artwork Requirements:
Vector artwork preferred in the following Vector Programs:
• Adobe Illustrator 12.0 or lower (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
• Outlines must be created for all text
• PC Format

Non-Vector artwork we will accept:
• Black and White camera-ready art
• Photoshop CS or lower at 300 DPI
Proofs:Paper Proofs at no charge.
• Electronic proofs provided.
• Virtual Proofs (placement of logo on umbrella in color): $25.00.

Additionally:
• Art will be sized to both product specifications and production requirements.
• Typesetting: $45.00
• Art clean up charge: $70.00 per hour.

Artwork Conversion to EPS Vector: $75.00 If given in any other format.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME:
• Imprinted items 10-15 business days from receipt of order with acceptable artwork.
• No imprint (blank) 3-5 days from receipt of order.
• Availability of orders over 600 pieces/confirm with Customer Service in advance.

SAMPLES:
• Will be billed at end column price plus actual freight cost.
• Samples are billable and credited only with an order.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
$100.00 per style / 1 piece - includes one color/one panel imprint and one screen.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
$40.00  processing fee plus any actual cost incurred.

MINIMUM ORDER:
36 pieces per style for umbrella
Absolute minimum: 24 pieces per style imprinted. (LTM applies.)

LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE:
$50.00
Rush Charge:
$100.00 Less than 10 day production.

$200.00 for 3 to 5 day production.
Call Customer Service for approval.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:
All orders are subject to a 5% over/under run.
DROPS SHIPS:
$7.50 - First two are no charge.

NORMAL PACKING:
Bulk.

REPAIRS/RETURNS:
Must be authorized in advance. Call Customer Service for
authorization number. Umbrellas will be replaced without imprint

TERMS:
Pre-payment: Visa, MasterCard – 2% Service Charge or a Company Check.

DELIVERY POLICY
All orders must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery. CustomLogoUmbrellas.com will not be liable for any damages after 72 hours of delivered goods.
